TRIClub GURGAON  powered by BootCamp YELLOW, Training Program will provide personalized structured Triathlon training to athletes. Our program is built and designed to bring TRIATHLON as a lifestyle or a desire to achieve it as an ultimate test of endurance & willpower as part of ones wishlist.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Our triathlon training program is designed for everyone. Whether you want to do your first IRONMAN or want to simply improve your triathlon performance.


  • The training plan will be shared on TRAINING PEAKS as ONLINE Application by our HEAD COACH.


  • The plan will be a personalized basis on your current fitness levels. Goals can be race-specific such as Sprint Distance, Olympics Distance, Half Ironman Distance, Ironman Distance OR it can be Triathlon as a Lifestyle where you need not have any race or other targets.


  • Training Program would have detailed daily workouts with a warm-up, main workout, cool down, volume and associated pace guidelines to execute the workout.


  • A coach will be assigned for a 1 to 1 interactions, review, feedback and ongoing mentoring for your program and workouts..


  • The program will provide inputs on: rest & recovery, core strengthening, stretching & nutrition and hydration.


  • Ongoing interaction through WhatsApp, Skype or Phone call with our HEAD COACH.


  • On ground CYCLING and RUNNING community and support will be provided for athletes based out of Gurgaon.
